  Worst experience ever, you can't speak to anyone over the phone. And the Spanish old lady there is so unprofessional and RUDE. She makes you clean the toilet FYI.

  I dont care for the girl that was at the desk a few months ago. Never speak to me in a condescending way, or like I am incompetent. My comment was removed but here is another, hire an individual who is good with the public, Watch how you speak to people, you are in no high position, or better, etc.. I only go because it is close to where I live...
